Prophetic Dream

God is About to invade His Body with a Fresh Baptism of Holy Ghost Fire!!Acts 10:44 New Living Translation

Even as Peter was saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell upon all who were listening to the message. Not just the Charismatic, Pentecostals, but Also the More Traditional Churches.

In my dream last night, I was on the Gold Coast lol, in Australia. I was walking outside this small type of church and looked in the window and noticed a young lady in trouble using drugs etc and was in the church, so I walked into the church. As I walked in I met the Lady Minister, and there was another lady next to the woman who was struggling with drugs. I walked in they looked at me in a funny way, and I recall saying can I pray for the young girl struggling with drugs? The looks on their face were like, Who are you? Where did you come from? Why are you here? So I said “Are we not All apart of the same body?”

Anyway I proceeded to pray for the young girl from a distance, not laying hands on anyone. As I prayed the Lady Minister wearing the Stole, got absolutely whacked by Holy Ghost and began to get drunk in the Spirit and just about fell over.

So Get ready for God to move in all denominations, as there are no denominations in Heaven, His Spirit is about to invade these traditional type of churches with an Acts kind of Visitation.

Do we not have Faith?

3EBE375B-CE9F-4C05-A38E-4A368AFD924CSurely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” ~ Isaiah 53:4-5

As many of you know, we have a child that is deaf, or also known as hard of hearing. He was born this way, and it really upsets me when I hear about this faith teaching. I have seen so many hurt by the “church” because they called out as not having enough faith to get healed.

Since the age of 3 months old, our son Christian has worn hearing aids. We were asked whether we wanted him to have them as soon as possible or to wait till he was older to make sure that the testing was correct. Our thinking as parents is to provide every opportunity that will help our son, to him. He has been dedicated and baptised into the body of Christ, and yet he wasn’t healed. We have had many many many pastors over the years lay hands on him and pray for healing, and his hearing got worse. Is that a reflection on our faith for his healing?

Charlie Shamp came to Melbourne, and my husband said we need to go and take Christian. He has an incredible gifting from God to heal people and you never know, was what Rhys told me. So we went, Charlie called out to all those that were deaf or had hearing issues to come to the front, Rhys grabbed Christian and raced to the front. He prayed for many people, people to the left were healed, people to the right had whole eardrums rebuilt. Christian didn’t change. Did this mean we had no faith?

I get so angry when I hear that message that you have to have faith to be healed. But if Christian had been healed, we wouldn’t be part of an amazing community of people. The deaf community is an amazing supportive group and we have met some people who have accomplished many things even though they are deaf.

So do we need to look at it with not black and white eyes, but in rainbow colour. That even if he wasn’t healed than was it because God has a bigger plan. His rainbow to us, a promise He will always be there.

Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you don’t have the faith to be healed, I have seen people on the street, prayed for and received healing and they didn’t even know God. So why them and not our son? Because there is a bigger picture

Don’t let the negative rob you of your rainbow, your blessing.

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand— when I awake, I am still with you. Psalm 139:13-18

You can’t argue with that, sometimes we are just made the way we are because God wants us that way. So lets be the best people we can be and shine our light into the world.

Shine your Light

shine your ligthMatthew 6:19-20 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal”

After witnessing the massive panic buying that has been happening around Melbourne for the last couple of weeks. I have been shocked by the way that people are treating others, but in that have found rays of light.

On Friday, we lined up outside a rather large warehouse shopping centre called Costco. They do everything in bulk, and it’s never small. We got there at 9:30am, we witnessed that people had been waiting in line since 7am. The doors opened at 9:45am, and the line progressed into the shop. We were about 300 people from the front at least, but what I couldn’t believe was how many people would run and push to get in line first. Knocking others out of their way, parking on the road to let passengers out so that they could get in line before others. One lady hurried past another, but in her haste, she never noticed that the line end was just there and not to where she assumed it was. The look of disappointment that they would have to wait clearly showing. We were blessed to casually walk in, line up for a pack of toilet paper, a box of tissues and hand wash and then we walked out.

Many grabbed two or three packets of toilet paper and let’s remember Costco does it big, so they were huge packs of 48 roll packets. I had to smile when you saw them being denied more than 1 packet, and the extra packets then being shared to others that had missed out. But what suddenly hit me was that these people didn’t have the peace of God in their heart. They were trying to store up their riches on earth and living in fear. There was fear and panic everywhere. But then you saw it, a ray of light here or there.

One mother was so distressed over being pushed and manhandled, all she wanted was some milk and eggs to go with the toilet paper. I stepped back and allowed her to make her way through, why not. “Those that are first, shall be last, and those that are last shall be first” Some people even took time to chat or in our case show us where to find the bacon.

But I kept hearing that voice, let your light shine in the darkness. I read somewhere that the teachers, paramedics, nurses & others working in those fields just had no chance of getting the basics. In our case, how could a teacher wait in line for toilet paper if they were teaching our children. God showed me, and we made a thank you care package, of course toilet paper included. They were so touched by the gesture, one teacher had elderly grandparents that couldn’t get toilet paper anywhere and were too scared to go out to get some. That broke my heart, that those that had worked so hard for us to have the lifestyle that we have now, being unable to get everyday items.

It is seeing the Panic, the fear that people are rushing to store their worldly possessions/riches and not showing love for their neighbours. They are out to look after number one. How many of us can say we have asked our neighbours if they need help, have they enough food, or of course toilet paper? why aren’t we going to the churches and dropping off a few rolls. If we all took the time to drop off a few rolls, then those that were unable to make it to the shops could always count on the church.

Last week has been very crazy, the amount of times that I have had things happen. God has always been one step ahead. So today, walking back to the car from school with the kids, branch falls right in front of us with such force it snaps. That was close, but thankfully Emily was taking a little longer to walk today. As we drove to Joey Scouts, a car reversing from a driveway didn’t stop and almost t-boned the car. My husband had another vehicle come head on at us while driving to an appointment. It is like something is trying to steal our peace.

Are we going to let the enemy steal our peace, or are we going to be a light to the world surrounded in fear and panic? Lets chose to be a light, lets chose to be God’s light in the world. Lets chose to be how God intended the church to be and share that light with others, lets light the world/country/neighbourhood with his love, his peace and his faith. I am going to let my light shine

This Little Light Of Mine, I’m gonna let it shine, This Little Light Of Mine, I’m gonna let it shine, This Little Light Of Mine, Yes, I’m gonna let it shine, Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine

The light that shines is the light of love, Lights the darkness from above, It shines on you and it shines on me, And it shows what the light of love can do.

I’m gonna shine my light both far and near, I’m gonna shine mine light bright and clear, Where there’s a dark corner in this land, I’m gonna let my little light shine.

On Monday he gave me the gift of love, Tuesday peace came from above, Wednesday he told me to have more faith, And on Thursday he brought me the gift of grace. And then on Friday he told me “Watch and pray”, And then on Saturday what to say, On Sunday he gave me the power divine.

Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine

Where is the love?

God has really been putting this on my heart over the last couple of weeks. I have been blessed to do some study this year through School of Faith on a scholarship, which was answer to prayer. Iron sharpens Iron so to learn more and more about Him is just amazing. One thing we are studying on at the moment is the Fathers Love.

There are so many broken people out there, looking for acceptance and love. So many ministering and being ministered to out of these wounds. I recently had a conversation with a friend about how a Christian could hold a grudge for 4 years and never ever forgive or show love. Doesn’t the bible say “A new commandment I give to you is TO LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AS YOURSELF” but maybe there is something deeper in that commandment. In order to love others you need to Love yourself.

One of the lectures I have been listening to by Kris Vallotton, he speaks of knowing who we are and what we are born for. But after listening to them I started seeing a pattern. How many of us Love who we are? Love our flaws, love our attributes, love the very nature of who we are? How then can we love others if we haven’t even worked out how to love ourselves.

You know God loves us, He told us.

Jeremiah 1:5 “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.”

But He didn’t stop there did he? He did something amazing,

He loved us that much, He sent his Only Son to die to forgive our sins.

He came down from heaven to earth to live with us, to show us the unconditional love of Christ and yet we still don’t love ourselves.

I was sitting there listening, going yeah that is pretty cool. God loves my crazy hair, my laugh, he loves how I fall over my own feet. He loves me because He created me, in His imagine.

We need to learn to love the amazing person that we are, in order to love those around us. I can tell you that God’s amazing love is WOW!!!!!! Once you had a taste, you want more. He is nothing but love.

Today I witnessed something that broke my heart. While waiting in the school yard over the last couple of months, I have met another Mum whose daughter is also deaf, and has a daughter the same age as our middle child. We talk about how things are going and some days she just seems flat and others she doesn’t want to talk at all. Today, I met her husband. He was so rude and condescending to her, when she was only trying to introduce us. Where was the love? How can she love herself and her kids if faced with this bitterness. It broke me

I am currently reading a book by Kris Vallotton & Bill Johnson “The Supernatural ways of Royalty” it explains that when Moses was sent adrift in the stream, and then raised in a royal home it helped him to understand his place. We too need to realise our place in God. We are royalty, we have people that look up to us and ask for guidance like the kings in the bible. We gained Royalty status when we accepted Jesus into our hearts, but do we see ourselves that way? do we act that way?

So today, I grieved for this friend that she doesn’t understand she is a princess and is loved, loved by an amazing Father that would do anything, let me repeat, ANYTHING for us.

He is Love, Just know this. He Loves You, now you need to Love you.

God’s Promises

Isaiah 40:31

but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

How often we feel hopeless, floundering, worried, stressed or fearful? I am only human and there are times where I find myself saying “well God you said that this would happen, why hasn’t it?”

I was recently working on the advertising for our yearly retreat and came across a picture with a rainbow in it. I felt God say remember my promise I have to Noah. I will never forsake you.

Its hard at times to gave this hope, this strength to keep going. But its holding onto that hope and promise that God has his hand on it.

And when we hang in there, hang onto the hope, the promise the break thru comes. Often its not what we thought or expected, but wow I love a good surprise.

Its like an egg, we know that the promise on the inside is of a yolk and egg white. So when we break it open, we expect to see those things. However, like this morning I got a surprise with my promise. A double yolked egg! I could have used it this morning making waffles for the kids, but it wasn’t random it was God. Giving me my promise of an egg for breakfast, with a surprise.

So don’t be dismayed that a prophetic word hasn’t come to pass, that something you had been praying for hasn’t happened. We need to put our faith, our hope into this promise and even though it is so hard. The surprise and the way it happens is worth the wait.
